Carpenter/joiner

We are a growing construction company with a number of site sin Oxfordshire. We are looking for skilled Carpenters to join our team.

You will need your own transport, tools and be flexible and be able to work in a team or alone.

- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
- Assemble and join materials using nails, screws, staples, or adhesives
- Install cabinets, shelves, doors, windows, and other wooden fixtures
- Repair or replace damaged or worn-out wooden structures
- Follow blueprints and building plans to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time

- Proven experience as a joiner or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged standing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, masonry, painting, and roofing

**Salary**: From £25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
