Cruise Consultant

A new and successful cruise company based in Essex is seeking a Cruise Consultant to join their team. You will be responsible for taking calls from passengers and trade partners, making reservations and sales and delivering excellent levels of customer service.

**Cruise Consultant responsibilities**:

- Answer all incoming calls and handling enquiries
- Ensure data collection targets are achieved.
- To hit KPI's on sales conversions and upsell targets
- Ensure when taking calls or making bookings correct company procedures are followed and terms and conditions are clear
- Outbound calls to chase leads and existing enquiries and brochure requests

**Cruise Consultant skills required**:

- Previous travel industry experience preferable
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work remotely without supervision
- Good time management skills

**Additonal information**:

- Home or hybird working
- Able to work one Saturday in every 5 with a day off in the week
- Shifts vary between 9am and 8pm
