MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes - from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.

It is an exciting time at MOO as we embark on transformational company wide objectives. The pandemic gave us the opportunity to pause and reflect on what matters most to us - as people and as a business. This resulted in a fundamental reimagining of our work culture and product vision. Over the next three years, we have ambitious plans to make MOO the best place to work for our MOOsters, to expand our product range and to take advantage of production efficiencies with the core thread of sustainability running through it all.

We are therefore seeking someone who can manage the projects, programmes, initiatives and continuous improvement goals we have put in place to bring this about so that, ultimately, the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts.

**We are seeking someone who**:

- Has a proven background in Delivery or Programme or Portfolio Management or strategy/Chief of Staff roles.
- Has a grasp of Business Agility, understands the OKRs and how to improve them company wide and understands Agile and Product Management practices
- Has experience operating in a matrixed environment (using influence to achieve results through others rather than through direct management) and keeping things moving through efficiency of systems and processes, facilitation and silken diplomacy and communication skills
- Can take a holistic view organisation-wide, enjoys multi-tasking and keeping a number of balls in the air
- Is comfortable with problem solving and ambiguous situations and can quickly learn and evolve as needed
- Has rolled up their sleeves and been both the strategist and doer
- Loves building teams and culture and creating fantastic working relationships
- As well as being passionate about their own team, is passionate about driving planning rigour and ways of working competence across the organisation
- Is first and foremost a team player and willing to jump in where needed

**Our new Head of Portfolio Management will**:

- Keep us on track to deliver our change journey across multiple projects and programmes - as well as keeping an eye on BAU
- Design and implement new and innovative delivery approaches and processes for the right context, while at the same time instilling rigorous and excellent portfolio governance
- Be a master communicator and facilitator - creating transparency and ensuring there is progress awareness company-wide and also within our Senior Leadership team, managing stakeholders and escalating issues and conflicts to be resolved where necessary
- Spot opportunity and risk and coordinate and work with teams and stakeholders to either take advantage, or close it down
- Work closely and seamlessly with our product management and business agility teams to ensure holistic delivery across the portfolio
- Build and manage a delivery team function - 3-5 Project and Programme Managers, supporting them with personal growth and career development
- Work alongside Product Managers and Agile Coaches to form our Delivery Practice, instilling a continuous improvement mindset
- Lead by example - helping the team deliver to the best of their ability and creating a fantastic team culture
