**Salary | **£32,000 - £34,000 p/a
Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Poling Supervisor to join the business. This position will be field based in **Mid Wales**, however you may be asked to work in the North West of England working between the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

As a Poling Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervision to the poling Engineers/operatives as well as providing support, feedback, coaching and mentoring within their role.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Ensure that all Poling Engineers/Operatives are working to the up to date Openreach ISIS documents.
- Are able to provide accurate site information to MJ Quinn back office on A55/Survey documentation.
- Manage poling installations and overhead cabling activities are in line with Openreach ISIS documentation.
- To be fully conversant with Highways Authority” Red Book”.
- Ensure all members are skilled, kitted and accredited to the standards expected by the client
- Manage performance and continuous improvement of the team
- Managing all site works, methodology and resource requirement for sub-contractors
- Identifying areas of development and success
- Conducting structured field visits
- Ensuring allocated work is completed on time and to the required quality and safety standard
- Understanding budget constraints and client defined targets and cost benefits
- Seek every opportunity to reduce cost and maximise bottom line revenue growth
- Carry out infield survey’s to ensure all works can be carried out on time
- Developing and sustaining stakeholder management relationships with the client’s operational teams - encouraging collaboration and best practice
- Managing network infrastructure and contracts with providers
- Delivering the full suite of client metrics and expectations
- Attending joint site meetings with the HA and clients
- Attending operational review meetings with clients
