We are looking to recruit to the following positions to support business growth:
**Project Manager**

GEOSIGHT is a multidisciplinary survey company experienced in undertaking a wide variety of surveys from Topographical and Boundary Surveys to Hydrographic Surveys, Dimensional Control Surveys and Marine Vessel scanning in the UK and abroad.

Whilst you will predominantly work within a hydrographic role, there will be a need to work across multiple departments and grow your surveying experience and expertise across differing surveying disciplines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working under the applicable regulations and requirements of GEOSIGHT and the industry
- Assisting with technical aspects of conducting hydrographic survey operations including vessel mobilisation, data acquisition, processing and reporting of hydrographic data
- Assisting with technical queries from clients and GEOSIGHT team members and problem-solve for colleagues working offshore
- Assisting with compilation of company hydrographic survey procedures.
- Working as part of a team of technical specialists
- Liaising with clients to provide tenders and results in appropriate formats
- Supporting the hydrographic survey manager to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Contributing to hydrographic survey strategies regarding projects, tasks, and operations current and future.
- Supporting the hydrographic survey manager to ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met.
- Developing an extensive knowledge of hydrographic and department processes.
- Reporting any potential technical issues relating to clients, project over-runs, etc. to hydrographic survey manager and/ or Managing Director
- Assisting with QA for projects within the hydrographic survey department
- Any other duties and responsibilities as the hydrographic survey manager directors see fit for the role
- Ensure that the requirements of the Health, Safety, Environment & Quality procedures, insofar as they affect works under their control, are properly implemented;
- Responsible for ensuring that risk assessments and method statements are followed by staff and contractors under their control;
- Initiate, implement and record safety inspections, TBT etc on projects they are directly involved with;
- Communicate to all personnel working on project sites under their controlthe requirements of the GEOSIGHT Health & Safety and Environmental procedures and applicable statutory requirements and ensure compliance;
- Continually engage with project teams and contractors to ensure that GEOSIGHT high HSEQ standards are being maintained at all times

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in project management.
- Live locally or willing to commute to our Hampshire office.
- Full UK driving license.
- Have pride and passion for high quality survey work and customer service.
- Effective communication skills.

We offer annual reviews linked to salary progression. All positions are based at our offices near Salisbury, although neither are strictly 9-5 office jobs and involve fieldwork and flexibility You will need to be able to travel and work across Europe, with a current passport and driver’s license.

GEOSIGHT offer a salary commensurate with experience, which includes additional allowances for away from home working and time off in Lieu.
