Ecommerce Manager

We are working with a technology company, based in the North West that provide a design and build service as well as support for computer hardware customers. Experts in their field the company have recently expanded and are looking to boost their onlinegrowth by appointing a new **Ecommerce Manager**to oversee the performance of their direct to consumer website and online marketplaces presence.

**key responsibilities**
**strategy**:develop a strategic roadmap for digital marketing and ecommerce sales; setting the KPI and reporting dash board to measure performance (sales, margin, traffic, conversion etc)

**ecommerce**: use analytics, judgement and MVT to optimise the website, maximising conversion and providing customers with a great experience; merchandise the products and range, develop the overall UX and site architecture

**digital brand marketing**:use all digital communications opportunities to showcase the brand and products to relevant target groups

Simply put, as Ecommerce Manager, you will lead all digital marketing and CRM activity as well as fine-tune the online user experience. But we wouldn't be surprised if you can do that and more so why not submit your CV.
