**Main Duties**
- System (Maximo) administration of both planned and reactive tasks, including closing out (completing/cancelling) tasks and the insertion of actuals data, as well as administering assignment lines through to completion
- To work as an integral part of a team to drive the contract performance ensuring the delivery of contractual obligations in a timely manner to a ‘best-in-class' standard
- To support the Operations Integration Manager in ensuring performance on WIP and PPM SLAs are tracked weekly to achieve targets
- To track and monitor focus areas of service delivery as directed by the Operations Integration Manager by use of reporting and available data
- To measure, document and escalate areas of service delivery where perceived service improvement may be found
- To work under the guidance of the Operations Integration Manager, with the account team in the delivery of change projects and to support the service delivery teams through such periods and projects to ensure standards and targets are continued to be met
- To escalate risks to Mitie stakeholders in a timely fashion and at the appropriate level
- Any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Operations Integration Manager
