**We are currently recruiting for an Expeditor for our May Fair Kitchen Restaurant located within our iconic The May Fair, Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel.**

**Overview**:

- The expeditor is responsible for setting the pace and flow in the kitchen itself, ensuring that orders are completed on time, and conducting quality control.
- The Expeditor keeps orders flowing from the kitchen to the diners, directing kitchen runners and waiting staff who are delivering completed orders.
- A food expeditor ensures that all kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner and according to menu and customer specifications.
- An expeditor may also finalize the presentation of the plate and test the temperature of the food.

**About You**:

- Is able to use EPOS System
- Hold Food Handling certifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good command of the English language
- Confident ability to communicate & establish rapport
- Has knowledge of technical service skills
