I'm currently looking to hire a General Assistant to join our team at The Weigh Inn in Thurso, Scotland. This is a full-time position that offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. This includes providing assistance to our team members, helping with customer service, and ensuring that our premises are clean and well-maintained at all times.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Supporting the team with a variety of tasks, from housekeeping, kitchen, serving customers to restocking supplies
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Assisting with special events and functions as needed
Applicants must be reliable early birds for breakfast service, be aged 18+ and be comfortable with customers
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. You should be a team player who is willing to pitch in and help out wherever needed. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but not required.
