**Binks Yard**

Our Binks Yard team care about our guests, from our front of house team welcoming you in, our bar team serving up not only drinks but an experience and our kitchen team creating a plate that excites and delights you. They care about each other as well as our guests, our open plan kitchen allows you to see the dishes being crafted and our team will focus on ensuring Binks Yard becomes a regular occurrence for your occasions.

Our floor team deliver the best in customer service, enhancing the customers’ experience whilst identifying all opportunities to upsell and drive our sales at Binks Yard and the outdoor seating area. Using your genuine interest for all things hospitality, you will use your bubbly personality and emotional intelligence to adapt yourself to each guest, in an often fast-paced environment.

You will need to look after a minimum of 6 tables per section, but having been in hospitality previously, you will find this second nature. Training will be provided alongside the knowledge needed of our menus, drinks offerings and food safety standards. A keen eye for detail you will ensure that the restaurant and your team reflect our brands in a positive way, guest and audit ready at all times.
