**The Role**:
Become an integral part of our wealth management team, providing essential administrative support to our seasoned financial planners and team leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate provider information for client recommendations.
- Process new business transactions and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
- Handle various financial products, including investments, pensions, and protection.
- Generate reports, address client inquiries, and maintain meticulous records.

**Required Skills**:

- Preferable qualifications include R01, CF1, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in administrative roles within Wealth Management or Financial Planning.
- Familiarity with Intelliflo software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of FCA regulations and operational procedures in Financial Services.
