**Social Media Manager (Specializing in DJ and Music Artist Content)**

**About Us**:We're a dynamic and innovative Music Agency with several international DJs and artists on the roster. As a Social Media Manager specializing in DJ and music artist content, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence of selected DJs from the roster, building strong relationships with their audience, and building an artists brand around the content you create and publish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for DJs and music artists across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target DJ and music artist audience.
- Collaborate with artists, their management teams, and cross-functional teams to gather content, insights, and updates for social media sharing.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Track and analyze key metrics specific to the music industry to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and adjust as needed.
- Stay updated on social media trends within the music industry, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our strategy innovative and effective.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets tailored to the music artist audience to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management or related roles with a focus on DJs, music artists, events and festivals.
- A deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices within the music industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas tailored to the music artist audience.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
