Scheduling Assistant
**Full Job Description**
Love to Save Energy is a construction company helping customers save money by installing insulation and heating all over the UK. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills and solid administrative competencies to fill our scheduling and coordination position. The position provides vital support for the business in delivering multi-million pound projects and will be responsible for performing a wide variety of general administrative and coordination
Primary Job Duties:
1) Communications
- Arranging surveys with customers
- Scheduling, organizing and coordinating surveys
- Sharing information and collaboration with a small team.
- Customer Service.
2) Routine Tasks and Documentation:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence and keep a record.
- Record, update, and retrieve information from various locations and reserve.
- Update resource materials.
- Ensure the smooth workings of projects through administrative work and ordering, and organising third parties.
**OTHER DUTIES AS NECESSARY**
**Experience**:One (1) year of full-time paid work experience in construction or Scheduling
**Knowledge of the following is required to perform the essential function**:
- Modern office practices, procedures and equipment including personal computer and applicable software.
- Business English, composition, spelling, grammar, punctuation and general business terminology.
- Basic principles of mathematics.
- General organization of policies and procedures applicable to centralized administrative office support functions.
- Automated and manual recordkeeping methods and formats.
**Ability to do the following is required to perform the essential function**:
- Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
- Provide verbal and written information to a wide variety of people and third parties
- Plan construction projects from receipt of design to comms, Gant charts to comms with delivery partners
- Work independently and solve problems within general procedures.
- Work cooperatively with other departments, outside agencies, and the public.
- Exercise diplomacy and tact in contacts with the public and third parties.
- Exhibit a high customer service priority in contacts with others.
- Word processing and spreadsheets
**Salary**: From £20,778.00 per year
