Sessional/casual Activity Instructor

We are looking for experienced and training Outdoor Education Instructors to join our wonderful team. Team members should have a passion for the outdoors and will be responsible for leading and delivering activities for people of all ages and abilities.

The role involves planning and delivering of outdoor education activities, including but not limited to; canoeing, raft building, archery and climbing, alongside historical and heritage days. You will be expected to ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and professional manner linked to educational outcomes. You will need to be an excellent communicator and have good people skills. You should be able to manage a group in potentially challenging situations.
- **Hours**: Weekdays including evening, weekend and school holidays
- **Salary**: £12.61 per hour
- **Location**: The role is based at Oxenwood Outdoor Education Centre, with some outreach delivery at alternative venues throughout Wiltshire, including Linkenholt Countryside Adventure Centre.

Due to the nature of the work, you will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
