We’re looking for a Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Management PFI team based in Kent.

**Location**: Kent - on site working across 3 Schools

**Contract**: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

**Responsibilities**

As a Mobile Caretaker, you’ll be working within the PFI Facilities Management Team, supporting them in the service delivery on our BSF Kent Schools contract.

Your day to day will include:

- Taking Deliveries
- Conducting adjustments and maintenance
- Locking and unlocking of the grounds
- Managing security
- Carrying out fire and safety precautions across the site

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Mobile Caretaker is great for you if:

- You have previous experience working within a maintenance, caretaker or porter role
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have a full driving licence due to working between 3 sites
