This is your typical Primary School, with around 200 pupils plus staff and preschool. It is part of a bigger Trust of Primary Schools across the Cheshire region. Though this role is primarily based in Nantwich, this role may require travel to other sites from time to time.

As **Maintenance Person** you will:

- Identify and remedy issues around the school building
- Appoint and project manage external contractors who are required to effect repairs
- Follow H&S guidelines at all times
- Prepare classrooms and communal spaces for events or meetings
- Maintain stock levels

The successful **Maintenance Person **needs:

- Experience in a Site Maintenance Role (3 Years)
- Excellent timekeeping
- Comfortable with IT Systems
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Quick learner

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £21,968.00 per year
