Junior Buyer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Buyer. As a Junior Buyer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain management by assisting with purchasing and procurement activities. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and supplies
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
- Monitor market trends and conduct research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
- Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Support the Senior Buyers in analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for process improvements
- Assist in maintaining vendor relationships and evaluating supplier performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
