Data Management Team Lead

Were looking for a proactive Team Lead to join our Energy and Carbon Administration team at either our Bristol or Blackpool office, where we can work together to Optimise the worlds transition to net zero and beyond.
**About the **role**
- As the Data Management Team Lead within Optimised, you will be part of the Bureau and Recharging team, responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and effective service delivery. This role is responsible for managing a small team of Energy and Carbon Administrators, ensuring that utility data is available to all of our Operational Business Units and the processing of utility invoices, reminders and disconnections on behalf of our clients.- Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer Visa Sponsorship with this role._

**What youll **actually do**Manage the day to day running of the Data Management team
- Run weekly team meetings to set expectations, gather information, cascade company information and provide support
- Attend internal meetings when required on behalf of the data management team and come prepared with team data
- Ensure data tasks are prioritised and delegated based on company requirements
- Ensure that data is collected and entered in the most efficient way, including utilising different technologies and data connectors
- Liaise with other teams including Technology and Procurement to drive data improvements
- Take overall responsibility for the companys data completeness and quality
- Maintain task tracking and administration support software to ensure all required tasks are completed
- Report on management KPIs in relation to data performance and meet internal data performance SLAs
- Provide training and support to the team as required
- Act as an internal escalation point for resolution of data issues
- Highlight procedural risks and improvements
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and other parties to resolve any data blockages
Mentoring new and less experienced team members
-Keep skills up to date with skills and developments in the role/expertise
**What youll need**-
- Experience within the Energy Sector, with knowledge of utility invoices and third-party charges
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to prioritise and manage high volumes of work
Strong Excel and software skills
Good numerical aptitude with experience in managing large data sets
Ability to manage internal and external expectations
Eligibility to work in the UK
