Trampolining Coaches

Job Title: Gymnastics and/or Trampoline Coach

Location: UK

**Job Type**: Part-time

We are looking for an enthusiastic gymnastics/trampoline coach to join our team. As a gymnastics/trampoline coach, you will be responsible for teaching gymnastics/trampoline skills to children and adults of all ages and abilities using the UKAG program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver safe, fun, and engaging gymnastics/trampoline sessions for children and adults of all ages and abilities using the UKAG program
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to gymnasts and parents
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all gymnasts during training sessions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with gymnasts, parents, and other staff members
- Attend training courses and keep up to date with the latest coaching techniques and practices

**Requirements**:

- Experience of delivering sports, health or fitness programs
- Experience coaching gymnastics/trampoline to children of all ages and abilities is advantageous, however, full training and certificates in coaching will be provided.
- Knowledge of safe practice and child protection policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for gymnastics and the ability to inspire and motivate others

**UKAG Gymnastics & Trampolining Coaching Level 2 Certificate for Level 1 Coaches and Teachers**

**Coach training objectives**

UKAG Coach Level 2 Certificate

Independent coach of up to 16 children (max 40 children per class with suitable certified instructors)

Basic, Intermediate and advanced levels of Gymnastics or Trampoline Skills

Lesson planning for a course.

Identifying class risks and risk assessments

Overseeing the class structure, group allocation and group adaptations to ensure children are in the correct developmental stage

Responsible junior coaches and Coaches

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-10 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
