**Job Title**: Finance Administrator
**Location**: Atherton, Manchester
**Salary**: £24,000 per annum
**Job Type**:Full Time, Temporary 6-month contract
**The Company**:
Ascot Services provides market leading solutions across a number of disciplines that includes; facilities management, construction services, engineering services, planned preventative maintenance and environmental solutions, all with 24/7 dedicated client support.
**The Position**:
As part of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for processing the day-to-day financial transactions for the Company ensuring all transactions are effectively allocated in accordance with agreed processes and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enter authorised invoices on to Sage for processing and payment.
- Respond to appropriate finance related enquiries from suppliers/subcontractors and staff.
- Booking hotels for staff.
- Processing of engineer’s expenses - checking the receipts/form and then process for payment.
- Analyse weekly fuel bills.
- Check supplier statements - making sure our ledgers match the statement.
