We are looking for a team player who is passionate about coffee and has a desire to develop their skills and take on more responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the coffee bar
- Keep the coffee bar area clean and organized, including equipment and utensils
- Stock and maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Process payments and handle cash register transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge of coffee-making techniques
- Collaborate with the team to create new and innovative beverages and promotions
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Manage daily cash and sales reports
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Coffee Barista or similar role
- Work well with your team in a high stress environment managing team morale and have a positive influence on the team
- Excellent knowledge of coffee-making techniques and equipment, including latte art
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- GCSEs or equivalent, additional education or certification in coffee-making **is a plus and not a must**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
