**The role**:

- As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide expert guidance to find the perfect motorhome experience for our customers.
- Guide our customers through providing on-site motorhome viewings when requested.
- Be knowledgeable and confident on our in-house systems; the ability to navigate and accurately update these systems is an essential part of ensuring we do all that we say we will for our customers.
- Add real value to customer conversations whilst achieving individual targets and KPI’s (including adherence and quality standards).

**About you**:
You will have previous telephone-based customer service experience, ideally within the contact centre or travel industry. Previous Sales experience would also be desirable.

A genuine passion for going above and beyond for customers is required, along with excellent communication skills, an aptitude for I T packages and inhouse systems. Attention to detail, resilient, flexible and a passion for working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

This role is available on a full time (40 hours over 5 days per week) fixed term contract basis and your working pattern will include working on a flexible shift basis - all shifts involve our working hours between 08:00 and 20:00, 7 days per week.

If you are successful, on joining us, we will provide a comprehensive training and induction programme in order to give you the tools to perform the role, and ongoing training and coaching is part of our commitment to you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
