Production Engineer

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a **Production Engineer** for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Snodland.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate all production activities and support implementation of the improvements
- Program from drawing files on Radan software
- Identify unsafe operations and practices and report immediately to line manager
- Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for all employees
- Provide engineering support within production and maintenance activities to maximise throughput
- Engineer analyses to reduce production downtime
- Implement cost reduction initiatives whilst continuing to maintain high production standards
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all manufacturing processes

**Requirements**:

- Radan Software experience
- Experience of Microsoft Office
- Awareness of process related standards
- Experience of Health Safety standard and regulations within a manufacturing environment.
- **Degree in Engineering or related discipline required**:

- 5+ years in Quality, process or Production Engineering

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday :8am-4pm
