**The Company**
Your Move Chris Stonock is an independently owned estate agency franchise based in the North East of England with branches in Chester le Street, Consett, Durham, Houghton le Spring, Low Fell (Gateshead), Rowlands Gill, Washington and West Denton (Newcastle upon Tyne). We offer a range of comprehensive property services including Estate Agency, Lettings & Management, Financial Services and Conveyancing.
**The Role**
Estate agent based in our Houghton-le-Spring branch. In this fast paced role a typical day will include liaising with customers, following up new leads to convert into business, negotiating offers, cross selling into all business services whilst building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients. It's an exciting rewarding and interesting role. You will need to enjoy working with people and have good customer service skills.
Basic salary between £14,000 and £18,500 depending on experience.
A Bonus Scheme is in place and will be discussed on joining the company with uncapped on target earnings in the region of £19,500 to £21,500.
