Exams Administrator

We are looking for an Exams Administrator to join our Exams team.
Our Exams team are integral to successful outcomes for our students and you would be joining an experienced and focused team.
**Your duties
You will:
- Provide a professional, courteous and knowledgeable service for the Exams function, supporting enquiries from staff and students.
- Process student examination entries and inputting of data in to the Management Information System.
- Administrate student concessions.
- Assist with the organisation and record keeping of online and paper based examinations.
- Plan and book Exam Invigilators.

**Person specification
- Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Experience working within a Further/Higher Education context.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to use the range of Microsoft packages.
