Supply Chain Advisor

This is a great opportunity to join our Supply Chain Development team as an advisor working alongside a broader Supply chain team on multiple development projects that will help strengthen our customer delivery plans across the wider business.
We are looking for Colleagues that want to join a team that works on various stages of multiple projects across a number of our Supply chain work streams, from discovery to implementation phases. It is fast paced with key deliverables from all individuals within the team, and whether you're looking for a different challenge or want to strengthen your knowledge of the wider Morrisons business this could be the role for you
You will need to be agile and adaptable in your ways of working as you will be required to coach and lead significant business and cultural change across our business network, and therefore being able to communicate well and form great working relationships with all our customers is key to the success of the role.
Some of the aspects of the role include:
- Support in all phases of a project scope, from discovery through to implementation and beyond.
- Actively and proficiently support all UAT Testing
- A good level of IT skill
- Network practical support in project site readiness/go live periods.
- Ability to work alone and have responsibility for the delivery of key activities within defined timescales, and/or as part of a wider team taking responsibility for certain aspects of a wider project.
- Deliver activities within budget as an individual within the team, and/or as part of the wider team
- Skills required to help scope, develop and deliver training interventions and materials to land the development change
- Be able to support and coach required cultural change across the business to ensure delivery of expected projects in full, on time and with little adverse impact on our customers.
The role is normally a 4 over 7 working pattern, and your shift patterns/scheduled hours will be dictated by the particular phase of the project(s) you are on, you therefore need to have a level of flexibility to work the hours dictated by the programme. There is a requirement to travel across our business network and/or stay away from home which means that being mobile with a clean EU licence and having access to a car is a mandatory requirement. When required, travel accommodation is available to book and you will be reimbursed for any business travel in line with the Company travel & mileage policy.
