**Job Summary**:
The Through Hole Operative works as part of the Through Hole team to produce PCBs as required. The Through Hole Operative will be required to carry out production tasks associated with the manufacturing process. Ensuring that the product is manufactured in the most cost-effective way and to the required quality standards whilst maintaining customer delivery dates.

**Main tasks and duties**:
Soldering using PB Free & Tin/Lead Solder

Ability to follow instructions and diagrams

Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy

Must be reliable, conscientious and hard working

Ability to work as part of a team

Strive to meet zero defects

Comply with ESD procedures

Ensure that the working area is kept clean and tidy at all times

From time to time, you may be requested to carry out other tasks. These tasks will be within your capabilities or carried out with training or supervision

**Experience and knowledge**:
Hand Soldering Experience (desirable)

4 Day working week (Production staff)

150% Overtime rate, or bank as TOIL.
