**Responsibilities and duties for the role will include -**

The position of Hire Controller requires you will be part of a team who services our customers requirements on a daily basis. This could be anything from a quote on an existing hire to a query on an existing hire.

Responsibilities include:

- Converting hire enquiries to orders
- Have the ability to problem solve
- Excellent telephone manner along with great written and verbal communication skills
- Use in house system in order to check availability and process the hire accurately to minimise mistakes leading to potential credits
- Attention to detail
- Provide a consistently good service in order to exceed customers' expectations
- Deal with customer enquiries in a professional and polite manner
- Build strong and helpful relationships with colleagues and customers
- Previous experience in a busy customer service and/or sales role
- Be proactive
- Excellent customer service and relationship skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Have confidence in a busy, customer facing role

Working days Monday - Friday 8-5.30pm.

Working from home is not an option in this role.

**Salary**: £29,428.18-£32,653.59 per year
