Family of Schools Worker

We are seeking to appoint a **Family of Schools Worker** to join our excellent school to work as part of Anthony Gell School’s pastoral team under the direction of an Assistant Headteacher (Head of Pastoral Care), to provide early help and support for identified families within and across our cluster of schools.

There will be a need to work hours flexibly to ensure access for families requiring support.

The successful applicant will work as a member of our well-resourced Pastoral team in **Anthony Gell School**. Our Pastoral Base is a suite of rooms in the heart of the school which provides a reception area for our students, a point of contact for parents and students and administrative support for our team of staff.

Our Family of Schools Workers receive excellent training and outstanding supervision in a caring and professional environment. They, in turn, provide essential support to those in need and help safeguard children and young people.
