**Project Management Office Coordinator**

**Remote with travel to Solihull Office every quarter**
**Full Time, 37 hours per week, **7 Months Fixed Term Contract**
**£30,000 per annum**

Here at Serco, we are seeking a Project Management Office Coordinator supports Right First Time Payroll. They will help ensure the achievement of outcomes in line with the business case, promote the use of best practice methods and tools, and be a point of contact for status and performance data.

**As part of this you’ll**:

- Support the project/programme through its lifecycle
- Maintain action tracker and ensure action delivery in line with agreed timelines
- Support risk and issue identification and management
- Support appropriate project governance including milestone planning
- Support status reporting and be a key point of contact for project information and data.

**What you’ll need to do the role**:

- Experience of working in a high-pressure environment and managing multiple demands at once
- Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplined team with varied stakeholders
- Excellent MS Office Skills Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience of capturing and documenting accurate information.
