The team are dedicated to helping the pupils develop skills, understanding, and confidence through outstanding, evidence-based, individually tailored teaching, empowering them to thrive and lead happy, confident lives. To ensure personalised attention, class sizes are kept small and provide 1-to-1 support for each child. This is a full-time permanent role, term time only.

To be considered for this position, all applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Relevant experience/knowledge of UK SEN settings (desirable)
- Own transport due to the school's location
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

- Conducting individualised teaching sessions with assigned pupils on a daily basis
- Collecting and recording data on delivered programs as instructed by the Class Leader or Lead Tutor
- Participating in and helping instruct pupils during extra-curricular activities
- Supervising indoor/outdoor playtime and lunch on a rota basis
- Contributing to the production, organisation, and maintenance of appropriate curricular and teaching materials
- Providing personal care when required (e.g., toileting, nappy changing, and feeding) for pupils within the school
- Working as part of a classroom team to provide behaviour based instruction to children with autism and related communication disorders
