**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Tender Process Management**:

- Prepare, issue, and manage tender documents and contracts.
- Evaluate options based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible outcomes for the company.

2. **Route Planning**:

- Develop and optimize transport routes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Utilize route planning software and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure routes are focused on passenger comfort and care
- Monitor and adjust routes based on traffic, weather conditions, and other variables.

3. **Pricing Efficiencies**:

- Analyze transportation costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
- Develop pricing models to ensure competitive and profitable service offerings.
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

4. **School Transport Management**:

- Plan and coordinate school transportation services, ensuring safety and punctuality.
- Liaise with schools, parents, and drivers to address issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines for school transport.

5. **Operational Oversight**:

- Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning, ideally with a focus on school transport.
- Proven experience managing tender processes and contract negotiations.
- Proficient in route planning software and logistics management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with GPS and fleet management systems.
- Familiarity with local and regional transportation networks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
