Job Title: School NTP Tutor

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire

**Salary**: Up to £27 per hour

Are you a passionate educator looking for a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students in Oxfordshire? We are seeking dedicated and experienced School NTP Tutors to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective tuition sessions that meet the needs of individual students.
- Assess the progress of students regularly and adjust tuition plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents, teachers and NTP coordinators as needed.
- Develop positive relationships with students, providing motivation and encouragement to help them reach their full potential.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant degree and/or teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting.
- The ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Enhanced DBS check.
