Birmingham Crematorium is looking for a professional and compassionate individual to join our collaborative and dedicated team as an Administrator. **What Will I Be Doing As An Administrator?**

As an Administrator, you will be at the core of our business and the service we deliver within the community. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for liaising directly with Funeral Directors and Ministers, ensuring any specific requests from the family regarding the chapel set-up are carried out.

Other duties will include:

- Dealing with statutory papers and following GDPR regulations - training is provided for this
- Maintaining accurate, indexed records of funeral arrangements
- Preparation of banking, client invoices and supporting credit control with branches
- Completing all additional ad-hoc duties

**What Do I Need?**
- Proactive approach and ability to communicate effectively with a range of people
- Presentable at all times, acting with professional conduct and showing empathy
- Have previous experience with an Administration background
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Be PC literate and able to use all Microsoft Applications
- Supply the necessary documentation for a full DBS check

**Advantageous**:

- Previous experience in the industry, though this is not required, as full training will be provided.
