A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join Baglioni Hotel London on a full time basis.

As part of the Housekeeping team based in Baglioni Hotel London, the Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

- To deliver consistently high levels of excellence and ensures complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers
- To ensure that LHW standards and procedures are always achieved
- To be responsible for the training and development of the Housekeeping team
- To ensure that the Room attendants / Butlers/Valet team respect and adhere to company Health & Safety procedure
- To build and foster team work and be an ambassador of the hotel

**The successful Housekeeping Supervisor will have**:

- previous Housekeeping Supervisor role experience in a 5 star hotel;
- experience in training staff members;
- high-quality customer service;
- decision making, prioritising and delegating skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- professional image on duty, polite and courteous manner, cheerful disposition and punctuality
