Our firm is looking for a sales negotiator to connect with potential customers and help them find the houses that fulfill their needs. We want

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential buyers and sellers.
- Active communication with clients.
- Build successful relationships with clients.
- Communicate with other agents
- Anticipate client needs and respond appropriately.
- Comprehend property laws and regulations.
- Analyse property values using available data
- Assist with day to day office admin
- Create property marketing material and initiatives
- Previous estate agency experience

This position could be full time or 4 days a week depending on the applicant.

We are looking for a team player who loves property and the Norfolk coast.

Estate agency experience required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Driving Licence (required)
- Estate agent qualifications (not essential)
