My client on the outskirts of Falmouth are seeking an Executive Head Chef to manager their busy kitchen team at this stunning Hotel.

As the Executive Head Chef, you’ll be 'hands-on’, leading by example as well as managing the kitchen. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest services, ensuring the quality of food is to an expected high standard and providing ongoing trainingfor your team.

You will be overseeing the Hotel restaurant menu and ensuring the food being delivered to guests is to spec and to a high standard. You'll be able to showcase your creative side by offering signature dishes/specials as well as when you are catering for meetingsand events.

Full time permanent position offering a starting salary of £50,000, plus tips and bonuses./
