We are a specialist childcare provider that works with children who can display challenging behaviour and present with emotional and behavioural difficulties, ADHD and autism. A therapeutic approach, and putting our children first, are integral to what we do.

**Salary Range**:£31,345.60 - £34,320.00** Sleep ins available and paid in addition to salary.**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage a team of support workers.
- Provide regular supervision and training.
- Be part of and support the leaderships team where necessary.
- Work directly with the children being a good role model to the team. Take on such administrative duties as required by the homes manager.

**Essential requirements**:

- At least two year's experience leadership role in a residential childcare environment.
- To hold a relevant Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma.
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Able to work under pressure and make decisions in stressful situations.
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in written format.
- A committed team player.
- Mature, responsible and level-headed.
