**The role**

Reporting to the Senior Leasehold Co-ordinator, you will provide administration and business support to the Property Management and/or Managing Agent Relationship teams enabling high quality, seamless service delivery as well as providing services directly to residents with a high level of customer service second to none in the sector. You will be expected to work flexibly to support your team and meet customer and business needs this may include occasional evening working and from different geographic locations as may be needed.

**What you’ll need**
- Ability to work as part of the team.
- Ability to acquire knowledge of leasehold legislation
- Ability to work with management agents.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Assist the team with handling complaints
- To able be able to provide administrative support within the team
