- Our full-time working hours are 37.5 hours per week, **Monday to Friday** between **8:30am and 5:30pm**:

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience working in call centres is not required, though advantageous. Previous customer service experience is highly desired

- An **ability to communicate** with an exceptional positive attitude
- Familiarity using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc) and a variety of computer systems
