**Salary**: £9,900 - pro rata

Hours: 17.5 hours _- _Monday to Friday - hours/days to be discussed at interview - some flexible work may be required

Responsible to: CareLink Service Coordinator

Purpose of the role:

- Support in administration relating to the engagement of clients and volunteers in the service
- A commitment to providing a high quality volunteering experience which is mutually beneficial to Volunteers and to the Carelink service

Summary of Duties:

- Monitoring and reporting on Carelink activities
- Capturing case studies of client and volunteer engagement
- Recording appropriately on the Charity Log database
- Resolving or redirecting client queries by liaising with staff/agencies and organisations

These will take place on the 8 and 15 March between 9.00am and 2.00pm. They will be at our offices in Bemersley House, Gitana Street, Hanley, ST1 1DY
