This is an unique opportunity to join the Maternity Administration Team

We are a small friendly department looking for an organised, efficient person who is approachable and can communicate effectively.
The role encompasses working within the hospital setting whilst providing effective administration support to all Maternity Staff within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will be required to be self-motivated and be able to work independently and in pressurised situations.

This post will suit somebody with exceptional organisational skills and administration experience.

To be in attendance at Consultant Antenatal Clinics providing clerical and receptionist services. Support to patients and staff at outpatient level as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

Ward Clerk duties on Freya, Labour Ward and SCBU to provide administrative, clerical and receptionist services to patients and visitors, working as a member of a multidisciplinary team of staff.

To provide a 7 day a week clerical service to all areas and cover annual leave / sickness with additional hours as required between the hours of 08:30 and 19:30
