Dental Surgery Receptionist

You will be responsible for providing providing professional reception service and also support in all day-to-day activities within the practice and surgeries

**Receptionist duties**
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing

**About You**
- Proven experience working in a dental surgery
- Willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care
- Enthusiastic, with an appetite to learn and develop new skills
- Knowledge of dental practice management software Carestream R4 is a plus
- Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Harrow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- right to work in the U.K. (required)
