Bridge Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Client Services Assistant for a well-established law firm in Gravesend. This role will be office-based Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm supporting the management team in day to day tasks relating to all aspects of new clients.

Duties involve:

- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service across all Legal departments, understanding client enquiries: providing friendly and knowledgeable information regarding the Firms services via telephone and website enquiries
- Inputting client data into a database system with the highest level of confidentiality, safeguarding financial and personal information to avoid breaches
- Liaising daily with Legal Advisors and Assistants regarding client enquiries, assisting Legal Advisors with opening client files, performing conflict searches and preparing estimates of fees for services Produce monthly business development reports to review client activity and identify opportunities
- Partner 4 Window experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

The ideal Client Services Assistant will have great attention to detail and be articulated in handling enquiries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
