Lettings Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who is looking to learn and develop in the Letting and Property Management sector.

**Job Summary**:

- Chasing up enquiries and generating new clients
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Ensuring correct presentation of properties
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with contractors and team members
- Improving & Renovation properties when needed.

**Full-time hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm (Possible evening and Saturday on request)**

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
