**Lettings Advisor| Home Made**

We're looking for individuals with strong sales experience outside of real estate, who are ready to provide exceptional in-person service. As a Field Sales Advisor, you'll have the chance to explore London while assisting prospective renters in finding their ideal home

**Salary**: OTE _£50,000 +_

**Working hours**_: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 9am-7pm. This role also involves a bi-weekly Saturday._

**Location: ** _The position requires daily travel across London - we're all about eco-friendly options, and our teams utilise public transport for traveling _**(no driving license required)**_

**Role responsibilities**:

- Conduct viewings with prospective renters on a daily basis - travelling across London based on a time/location efficient schedule, set by our Operations team
- Provide support to prospective renters from viewing through to that ultimate decision stage of, yes we'll take it
- Work on both B2C landlord accounts as well as our large Build to Rent portfolios
- Actively manage a customer base, developing a relationship as a trusted advisor
- Respond to the changing needs of prospective tenants, adopting a customer first mentality
- Sell the benefits of our quality properties based on local knowledge, as well as property insights - knowing the best parks, coffee shops, bars, or whatever suits the customers' lifestyle
- Diligently and comprehensively record data for client reporting
- In quieter times jump on the phone to answer further enquiries - options for additional commission if you book in a viewing, conduct the viewing AND they move in
- Participate in a wide range of marketing initiatives including numerous site launches
- Work in partnership with with our Account Management teams and Operations teams to get the best out of our properties and operating processes
- Opportunities for secondments to other cities (Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham) for new large site launches - accommodation included and a great way to experience a new city
- Be a Home Made culture and values champion internally and externally - professionalism, integrity and customer centricity are key to our Sales Associates standing out from the rest, our expectations are high

**About You**:

- You enjoy the world of sales and embrace a customer-first mentality
- A self-starter who is driven to succeed and loves hitting targets
- You’re a quick thinker and capable of assessing a customer’s needs
- Possess fantastic organisational skills so you can manage and prioritise your time/tasks effectively
- No need for a driving license - we use public transport at Home Made
