We would be grateful for any time you can spare us within the opening times of the shop (Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm).

**The Role**
You will join the team of our two charity shops in Cornwall. Your role will be to assist the team in a safe and effective working of the shop, to ensure maximum profitability and the furtherance of The Tanya’s Courage Trust. The Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of customer care, including stock/donation management, ensuring pricing guides and standard of stock are followed, managing the sorting and pricing of gift aided stock, steaming clothes, restocking the shop, keeping the shop and back up clean/tidy and organised and working on the till if desired.
The role may include assisting the team in the recruitment of gift aid customers.
**The Person**
For this role we require:
- Someone who thrives in a busy environment, where there is never nothing to do, and can also easily adapt to change
- Someone who can forge lasting relationships with potential donors/supporters of the charity
- Someone who can manage their own time and prioritise their workload.
- Someone who has a passion for raising the profile and funds of a small local charity
- Someone who is willing to go the extra mile to make their role a success and raise the profile of gift aiding donations

No qualifications or experience required.
Full training given
Although no qualifications are required, it is preferred that the person in this role has the following:
- Confident using computer software such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, and be computer literate

Pay: £0.01 per year
Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
