Commercial Assistant

8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday

Our client is looking for a Commercial Assistant to join their team. You will have proven commercial admin experience and be part of a successful team. Following a 12 week training period you will have a salary increase and a bonus structure that pay’s well.
You will be responsible for managing your own workload.

Key duties will include:

- Answering calls and taking messages
- Carrying out initial money laundering checks to ensure files are complete
- Collating offers and declines
- Preparing offer letters for sending to the client
- Collecting and issuing payments
- Updating the client when relevant and building a rapport with them
- Ensuring all conditions of sanction are met and providing the lender with everything they require
- Contacting Solicitors for updates on cases
- Updating the ledger and cashflow
- Attending events as and when required
- Greeting visitors
- Confident telephone manner
- Organised
- Dedicated
- Self motivated
- Able to manage own workload
