Job description

**About the role**:
We’re looking for a dynamic self-starter who can work closely with our Head of External Engagement and Chief Executive to diversify THET’s income base, playing a key role in coordinating fundraising efforts across the organisation, alongside a specific remit around major gifts and corporate fundraising. You will be someone who executes with speed, quality and attention to detail and searches out new opportunities and creative ideas to drive THET’s growth.

- Strong existing momentum within THET on income diversification and ownership to grow this area, working closely with the Head of External Engagement, Chief Executive and Programmes Funding Coordinator.
- In 2023 we’re updating our name, messaging and website, reflecting THET’s commitment to continually growing and adapting to the changing global health and international development landscape.
- A flourishing annual events portfolio, with a strong record of strategic partnerships and sponsorships across the global health space.
- Joining a friendly, dynamic cross-functional External Engagement Team with a strong focus on collaboration and learning.
