A brand-new opening for an experienced Sales Administrator has arisen to join an ambitious and innovative organisation based in their offices in Gaerwen.- Working for an international design and distribution business, you will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of a busy depot, ensuring timely delivery of orders whilst maintaining strong working relationships with customers.Working as part of a team, you'll be involved with:
- Responding to customer queries, including offering technical support
- Managing ecommerce platforms
- Preparing commercial offers
- Working on product data set up for customers
- Customer liaison
- Diary Management
- Attending & supporting Sales events
- Supporting the business with a broad and varied range of tasks
- Sales activity including chasing leads up and converting sales
- We'd love to speak with you if you can demonstrate skills in the following areas:
- Have good interpersonal skills, via the telephone and face to face.
- Be highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Have good communication, numeracy and literacy skills
- Have proven IT skills
- Have the ability to multi-task with a totally flexible approach to a well-managed workload.
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Be able to work well on own initiative and as part of the team
- Be a fast learner
- Ability to travel to events would be desirable
- This is a permanent, full-time role working 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This role is based in their offices in Gaerwen with a competitive annual salary on offer in the region of £23,000 however, this will be reviewed depending on skills and experience.- Supertemps Limited is acting on behalf of our client as an employment agency.
